Customers teach a lot to us and we too try to learn a lot from them. They teach us what to make, sometimes how to make, what to sell and where to sell and most importantly how to sell. We, SYCON, are solution provider company so our customers have always been guiding us from product innovation to product promotion.
When we visit our customers or customers’ customer, we talk about their problems. The problems are sometimes in systems or sometimes in process. We then keep talking about the possible solutions. During this process, we get closer to the customers and their real problems or the root causes of obvious problems. We try to work on those and this may lead us to new solutions or product ideas. Thus customer shows us the path towards new solutions or new products. It becomes collaborative a journey of mutual interests.
Once the product or solution is innovated, it needs to be developed as per the need of the customer. It needs to be standardized and even customized according to the need of the users.Our customers play a vital role here. They guides us about various environmental conditions in practical world. They allows us to test our product at their end. Once it is type tested they give various suggestion to improve our product performance. They also guide us to do exact value evaluation of the product or solution. So our customer plays a vital role of Guru again.
Customer knows his/her own needs and even needs of his/her own customers. So they know the exact value to user and they also know that that value is being fulfilled by our product or solution. So they guide us on how to communicate value to our other customers and customer’s customer as well. Thus here too customer plays a role of Guru.
