Intelligent Automatic Power Factor Control
The SYCON 66XL is an advanced Automatic Power Factor Controller designed with a compact and lightweight construction. It displays system electrical parameters including power factor, voltage, current, KVA, KVAR, KW, shortfall or excess KVAR and THD. Its smart switching algorithm can turn capacitor stages ON or OFF according to the capacitive KVAR requirement. The controller can automatically identify capacitor values and includes capacitor protection for harmonic overload and over-voltage conditions.
